Head Chef
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Job Purpose
- To lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality food while maintaining food safety, hygiene, cost control, staff discipline, and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen leadership role.
- Proven experience in restaurant, café, hotel or hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of local and international cuisines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen teams and high-volume operations.
- Strong understanding of food costing, portion control, inventory and wastage management.
- Excellent leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to food quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction.
- Culinary qualification or relevant professional certification is an advantage
Salary
N350,000 per month.
