Content Creator / Interviewer

Job Summary
- We are looking for a confident, energetic, and personable Content Creator/Interviewer who enjoys meeting people, asking questions, and creating engaging social media content.
- This is a one-person content role.
- Your job is simple: go to pre-selected locations, meet interesting people, ask engaging questions, record their responses, and turn those interactions into content.
What you will do
- Conduct street interviews and vox pops, typically 1-minute interviews.
- Approach and engage interesting people in public spaces.
- Find interesting people, places, conversations, and stories.
- Record, edit, and publish short-form videos for social media.
- Manage our social media page and post content consistently.
- Develop simple and engaging ideas for new content.
- Actively go out and look for content rather than waiting for it to come to you.
- Work with our in-house media team for guidance, ideas, and support.
- Keep up with social media trends and identify content opportunities.
- We will provide the equipment and tools you need. What we need from you is the initiative, confidence, and creativity to go out there and get the content.
What we're looking for
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 - 2 years experience.
You should:
- Speak good, clear English.
- Be confident approaching and speaking to strangers.
- Be warm, friendly, and naturally personable.
- Be presentable and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Have a basic understanding of social media.
- Know your way around CapCut or similar video-editing tools.
- Understand what makes people stop scrolling.
- Be comfortable working independently.
- Be proactive, reliable, and energetic.
- Be willing to work outside the office and visit different locations around Lagos.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, journalism, broadcasting, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage, but we welcome entry-level candidates. Personality, confidence, initiative, and creativity are just as important as experience.
The person we want:
- We are looking for someone who can walk up to a stranger and confidently say:
- “Excuse me, can I ask you a quick question?”
- …and then get a genuinely interesting answer.

Compension
- N200,000 – N250,000 monthly, depending on experience and ability.
- We are also open to discussing daily or monthly payment arrangements for the right candidate.
