Logistics Executive
Location: Mile 2, Lagos

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to support the day-to-day logistics and transportation operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily deliveries, dispatches, and transportation activities.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Maintain accurate logistics and delivery records.
- Track vehicles and provide regular updates to the Logistics Manager.
- Assist with route planning and vehicle scheduling.
- Monitor fuel usage and vehicle maintenance records.
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
- Escalate delays, vehicle issues, and operational challenges promptly.
- Support the Logistics Manager with general logistics administration.
Requirements
- OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environment is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
