Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our eatery, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff and drive sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train and motivate staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports.
- Ensure the branch meets its sales and performance target.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality management.
- 2-4 years as an operational manager, Branch Manager or relative field
- Good knowledge of sales, inventory and staff management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
