GENERAL MANAGER – TOGA FASHION HOUSE
Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Toga Fashion House, ensuring efficient management of sales, marketing, production, staff and customer relations, while driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall daily operations of the fashion house.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
* Supervise staff and ensure effective performance and discipline.
* Oversee production, stock, procurement and timely delivery of orders.
* Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
* Monitor sales, expenses and profitability, and provide regular reports to management.
* Build relationships with major customers, corporate clients and business partners.
* Ensure that Toga’s brand, stores and services maintain high professional standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* A degree or other recognised higher-education qualification in any discipline.
* Proven experience in marketing and business development.
* Experience working with or managing large retail stores, fashion outlets or similar businesses will be a strong advantage.
* Strong leadership, communication, sales and organisational skills.
* Ability to drive sales, manage people and deliver measurable results.
