Job Summary
- Our client, a reputable shipping company in Olodi Apapa, Lagos, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Male Customer Service Officer to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers' enquiries, complaints and service requests professionally.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide accurate information on company services, shipments and processes.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer-related matters.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare service reports.
- Follow up with customers and provide regular updates on pending matters.
- Handle customer information and company documents confidentially.
- Support the company in improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Economics, English or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years post-NYSC relevant experience.
- Male, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience, preferably in shipping, logistics or maritime services.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Smart, confident, professional and customer-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be reliable, proactive and presentable.
Salary: 200,000
