Social Media Manager
Location: Berger, Lagos (On-site)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow BBA Motors’ social media accounts, ensure content compliance, and drive engagement and leads through organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily content, publishing, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Review content for platform compliance before publishing.
- Manage and optimize Meta and TikTok paid campaigns.
- Track social media and campaign performance, including engagement, growth, leads, CPL, and ROAS.
- Monitor platform trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the Content, Production, and Business Conversion teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of hands-on social media experience.
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of content policies, analytics, copywriting, and social media tools.
- Portfolio or proven track record of growing accounts and running successful campaigns.
- Automotive or sales/lead-generation experience is an advantage.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Gross Monthly
