Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cook who can prepare quality meals while maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to required recipes and standards.
• Assist with meal planning and ensure ingredients are available for daily preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene within the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients and minimize wastage.
• Prepare meals efficiently and ensure timely service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook is required.
• Ability to prepare Nigerian and/or continental dishes.
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Must be neat, hardworking, reliable, and well-organized.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
