Job Summary
- JobsWe are seeking a Quality Control Executive to ensure that raw materials, production processes and finished products meet required quality, food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physicochemical and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Perform sensory evaluation, routine inspections and in-process quality checks.
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality documentation, records, equipment calibration and reagent standardization.
- Train factory staff on quality, food safety and hygiene practices and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in Quality Control, preferably within the FMCG/food manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
- Experience in laboratory testing and quality control procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively with production teams.
Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 monthly.
