Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in the construction and real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company’s real estate properties and services.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for interested clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Use social media, online platforms, referrals, and other channels to generate leads.
- Prepare and share property information, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Achieve set sales and marketing targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on leads, prospects, and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Must be confident, presentable, proactive, and results-oriented.
