Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain excellent service standards, control costs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage, supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle complaints and feedback.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and customer retention.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, food costs, and operational expenses.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Monitor food and service quality and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
- Supervise cash handling, daily reconciliation, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance of restaurant facilities, equipment, and general cleanliness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar operations.
- Proven experience managing restaurant teams and daily operations.
- Strong knowledge of customer service, inventory, cost control, and restaurant operations.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS/restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
