In-Store Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibillities
Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Develop solid relationship with customers..
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wines, spirits, beers, and mixers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products (e.g., mixers, ice, snacks, gift packs).
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising:
- Maintain strong knowledge of product ranges, promotions, and pricing.
- Support visibility of premium brands and promotional displays.
Customer Loyalty & Experience:
- Build repeat patronage through friendly and efficient service.
- Encourage customer loyalty programs, promos, or repeat purchases.
- Handle VIP or regular customers with discretion and consistency.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Product knowledge of wines & spirits.
- Integrity, vigilance, and reliability.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
