Job Summary
- JobsOur client is seeking a smart, agile, and highly dependable Personal Assistant who can also drive.
- The ideal candidate should be a practicing Christian with a humble and teachable attitude, strong organizational skills, and an interest in ministry.
- The candidate will also support social media activities and other administrative responsibilities.
- Tuesdays-Sundays are workdays, Mondays are free.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal and administrative support to the executive.
- Drive the executive safely to meetings, appointments, and other engagements.
- Manage schedules, appointments, correspondence, and daily tasks.
- Assist with ministry-related activities and coordination where required.
- Support social media content creation, posting, and page management.
- Conduct research and handle assigned administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by the executive.
Person Specification
- CareerResources & PlanningMinimum of OND, preferably BSc.
- Must be a Christian and ministry-inclined.
- Valid driver’s licence with good driving experience
- Smart, humble, teachable, and willing to learn.
- Agile, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be trustworthy, discreet, and reliable.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
