Hospital Operations Manager / Healthcare Administrator

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and results-driven Hospital Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative, nursing and support staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and professionalism.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service.
- Manage patient complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor revenue, billing, collections and expenses.
- Oversee procurement, inventory and supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance and overall presentation of the hospital meet high standards.
- Develop and implement effective hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor departmental performance and KPIs.
- Prepare regular operational and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversees all social media accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant management experience.
- Previous experience in a hospital, medical centre, specialist clinic or healthcare organisation is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Good financial and administrative management skills.
- Strong computer and reporting skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate should be firm but fair, proactive, commercially aware, highly organised and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- The successful candidate must be capable of taking ownership of daily operations and maintaining high standards with minimal supervision.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly based on experience and qualifications.
