Farm Manager
Location: Kaduna

About the role
- You will plan and run all farm operations to deliver quality produce on schedule and within budget, while keeping staff, assets and the farm secure.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement seasonal farm programmes, from land preparation to harvest
- Prepare and control the farm budget
- Manage farm inputs, equipment, irrigation and pest control
- Lead, train and appraise Farm Supervisors
- Ensure produce quality and food safety standards are met
- Oversee farm security, health and safety
- Keep accurate records and submit regular reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agribusiness or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years farm experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience managing commercial-scale farm operations and large teams.
- Strong leadership, budgeting and reporting skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel and Word).
- Willingness to be based on the farm.
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
