Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the Role

- Do you enjoy coming up with content ideas, writing captions, following trends, engaging with audiences, and turning everyday activities into content people actually want to see?
- OTIC Surveys Limited is looking for a creative and proactive NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Social Media Manager / Content Creator.
- This is an opportunity to gain practical experience managing the digital presence of a real business, working on content around surveying, technology, construction, projects, equipment, training, and company activities.
What You Will Do
- Plan and create engaging social media content
- Write captions and social media copy
- Manage and grow our social media pages
- Cover company activities, projects, trainings, and events
- Work with our Graphic Designer and Video team to bring content ideas to life
- Write SEO-friendly articles for our website
- Monitor trends, engagement, and content performance
- Contribute ideas that increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Who We Are Looking For
You should be:
- Currently serving or posted to Lagos under NYSC (Not less than 10 months left)
- Creative, curious, and full of ideas
- Willingness to learn and grow on the job
- A good writer and communicator
- Comfortable using social media platforms and understanding trends
- Interested in content creation, digital marketing, and social media
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of your work
- Able to work fully onsite
- You don't need to have worked in a formal Social Media Manager role before. If you have the skills, creativity, and drive, we want to hear from you.
- You must live within or have reliable accommodation around these areas because this is a fully on-site role.
