Job Summary

• We are seeking an exceptional Senior Accountant to lead our Accounts Department. This is a senior leadership role for a highly skilled professional who can take full charge of the accounting function, manage a small team, and ensure financial integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Accounts Department.
• Manage and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, tax filings, and regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function.
• Handle audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure timely completion.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial dealings. Requirements
• Minimum of 12 years’ progressive accounting experience, with at least 3years in a leadership role
• Professional certification: ACCA (preferred) or ICAN.
• Proven expertise in Zoho Books (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the Accounts Department.
