Job Summary
- This role combines the responsibilities of both a Business Development Officer and a Marketing Officer, focusing on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting client acquisition, partnerships, marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and client engagement to contribute to revenue and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
- Support client acquisition, proposals and partnership development.
- Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Support market and competitor analysis.
- Support pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing, managed-care and clinical functions.
- Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications.
- Support brand management and service-promotion activities.
- Produce marketing content and coordinate channels and media.
- Support events, client engagement and outreach.
- Support market research and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with business-development and managed-care functions.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.
Experience:
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client-facing roles; specific experience in healthcare, HMO, or services environments is advantageous.
