Job Description
- Our client seeks an experienced Architect to design and oversee residential building projects.
- The successful candidate will contribute to innovative designs and ensure project compliance with regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Design residential buildings and create construction documents
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project
- Ensure all designs comply with safety and regulatory standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address issues.
Requirements
- Degree/HND in Architecture or related field
- Experience in residential building design/construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
