Quality Control Officer

Description
The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and testing products, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
Collaborate with production, operations, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to quality.
Monitor supplier and vendor quality standards where applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Prior experience in quality control, assurance, or a related role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
