Job Summary
- Our client is seeking for a dynamic Senior Insurance Broking Marketer to join their team
- In this role, you'll lead strategic marketing initiatives, partner with senior management and cross-functional teams, and drive growth, brand visibility, and business development across the insurance broking space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote insurance broking services and grow the client base.
- Oversee and enhance the company's brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning in line with the business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, providing actionable insights to influence marketing plans.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, print, events, and direct marketing) to generate leads, increase customer engagement, and strengthen relationships.
- Create compelling content (e.g., brochures, case studies, website copy, newsletters, blog posts) that resonates with target audiences and drives business objectives.
- Work closely with brokers and account managers to create customer-focused marketing materials and communication strategies that drive retention and satisfaction.
- Develop targeted campaigns for lead generation, utilizing digital marketing tools and social media, while ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, including insurers, brokers, and partners, to enhance brand visibility and foster collaboration opportunities.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to assess ROI and optimize future strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and product development.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 - 7 years in marketing, including 3+ years in a senior role within insurance or financial services.
- Solid grasp of the insurance broking markets, trends, regulations, and client expectations.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month.
