Job Summary
- We are seeking a Product Growth & Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, retention and revenue growth through effective product marketing and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Create compelling value propositions, use cases and sales/marketing assets.
- Develop and optimise customer acquisition channels, funnels and campaigns.
- Conduct customer, market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve onboarding, activation, product adoption and customer retention.
- Lead growth experiments, A/B testing and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Marketing teams to achieve growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Product Management or related field with 3 – 5 years’ experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, business development or a related role.
- Proven experience driving customer acquisition, product adoption or revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of growth strategies, product marketing and acquisition funnels.
- Experience with product positioning, GTM strategies and sales enablement.
- Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, financial services or technology is an advantage.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, CRM, analytics or marketing automation tools is desirable.
Salary
N500,000 monthly.
