Responsibilties

• Process Transactions: Scan items, input codes, and handle payments using cash, credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets.
• Manage Cash Drawer: Count money at the start and end of shifts to balance the cash register and reconcile daily sales.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide helpful recommendations.
• Handle Returns: Process exchanges, refunds, or store credits according to company policies.
• Maintain Workspace: Keep the checkout counter clean, organized, and stocked with bags and receipts.
