Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and employee-related activities within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage performance and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff.
- Support employee engagement and workforce planning.
- Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong candidates with proven hospitality industry experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
N400,000 – N450,000 Net Monthly
