Role Overview
- Our client organization seeks to engage the services of a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a background in real estate marketing.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating qualified leads, and expanding the client base through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market
- Undertake cold calling and other outreach activities to generate and qualify prospective leads
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote available properties and services
- Diligently follow up on prospective clients with a view to converting inquiries into property viewings and sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and leads within the CRM system
- Liaise closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure attainment of set targets
- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in business development or marketing, preferably within the banking and real estate sector
- Demonstrable sales acumen, including proven competence in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A target-driven disposition with a professional and persuasive manner
- Must be a resident of Abuja.
Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 per month.
