Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced After-Sales Warranty Manager to oversee vehicle warranty claims, repairs, and after-sales warranty processes, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process vehicle warranty claims from submission to resolution.
- Liaise with manufacturers, workshops, dealers, and customers on warranty matters.
- Verify warranty eligibility, repair documentation, and claim requirements.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and warranty repairs.
- Monitor warranty claims, costs, turnaround time, and rejection rates.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures and policies.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and prepare performance reports.
- Handle and resolve warranty-related customer complaints professionally.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in warranty administration, after-sales service, or automotive dealership operations.
- Good understanding of vehicle systems, repairs, and warranty procedures.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive/service management systems.
- Experience with vehicle manufacturers or authorized dealerships is an advantage.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
