Client Service Personnel

Job Description
- Responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience through prompt, professional, and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Respond promptly to client requests via phone, email, or in person
- Resolve client complaints and escalate issues where necessary
- Provide accurate information on products/services to clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products or services
- Prepare periodic client service reports for management
Requirements
- OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years' experience in client service, customer relations, or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Customer relationship management (CRM) proficiency
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Patience and a client-focused mindset
- Basic computer/reporting skills
- Professional and presentable demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling client information
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
