Responsibilities
- Teach assigned undergraduate courses.
- Conduct and participate in academic research.
- Assist with student supervision and academic advising.
- Prepare course materials, tests, examinations, and other assessments.
- Participate in departmental and university academic activities.
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A Master’s (with 3 years of experience) or PhD degree in Political Science or a closely related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Evidence of academic or research potential with 3 years of experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ICT and relevant digital tools for teaching and research.
- Relevant teaching or research experience will be an advantage.
- Possession of a PhD will be an added advantage.
