Qualifications
- NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) qualification required
- Valid teaching licence or certification
- Proven teaching experience in a similar educational setting (Secondary and Montessori schools)
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational curriculum and standards
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational trends
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
