Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage Office and Site Staff
• Maintain personnel files, and Staff records
• Support salary processing; manage attendance, leave, and staff welfare
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary issues
• Ensure compliance with labour and company policies
• Ensure up-to-date certifications.
• Support training and health & safety orientation.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Construction industry experience is an advantage
