Junior Payroll Specialist
Location: VIctoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly payroll preparation and processing.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
- Assist with salary calculations, deductions, overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions.
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support payroll-related audits and reporting.
- Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or a related role.
- Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory deductions.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to handle confidential information.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 / month.
