About the Role
Medcourt Support Services Limited is seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance to lead and strengthen our financial operations across multiple business units, including biomedical services, medical supplies, and ambulance operations.
This role is strategic and hands-on, responsible for driving financial discipline, ensuring compliance, and providing insights that support sustainable growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor budgets across all company units.
Track and analyze revenue streams to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and service expansion.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness.
Monitor and control operational and procurement-related expenditures.
Prepare accurate financial reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for management decision-making.
Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Operations, and Biomedical teams on financial planning and approvals.
Conduct risk assessments and strengthen internal control systems.
Lead and mentor the finance team, supporting performance and professional development.
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Implement financial KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is strongly preferred.
6–8 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within healthcare, medical services, or technical service organizations.
Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for multi-unit operations.
Solid knowledge of healthcare-related revenue streams and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
