Job Summary 

• We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the Real Estate industry for the position of Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate products and services.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote property listings across relevant marketing channels.
• Create engaging marketing content for social media and other platforms.
• Support property sales and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Track marketing activities and provide regular reports on results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Candidates must be based in Lagos or be willing to work in Lekki.

Salary

N150,000 monthly.
