Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of enterprise software solutions across web, API, database, and mobile platforms within a Solution Delivery Organization.
Key Responsibilities
Review requirements and develop effective test plans and test cases
Execute manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, performance, and security)
Design, maintain, and execute test automation frameworks
Perform API, database, and backend testing
Log, track, and manage defects through resolution
Support CI/CD pipelines and release validation
Prepare test reports, metrics, and quality dashboards
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and stakeholders
Mentor junior QA team members and promote QA best practices.
Requirements
B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience in functional, non-functional, API, and database testing
Test automation and scripting skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD integration
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
