Requirements

Qualifications:

• OND/HND in Accounting, Purchasing & Supply, Hospitality Management or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in food & beverage stores or stock control.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of recipe costing, yield variance and stock-loss detection. Must be comfortable conducting physical stock counts and enforcing stock controls.

General Requirements:

• High integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional independence.
• Relevant hospitality, retail, finance, cash handling or stock-control experience is an advantage.
