Logistics Officer
Fisem Integrated Services is a leading veterinary services and pharmaceutical organisation committed to delivering innovative solutions in veterinary pharmaceutical production and Laboratory Diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement and timely delivery of products and materials.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics and delivery records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and other departments on product dispatches.
- Liaise with drivers, transporters, suppliers, and customers.
- Track deliveries and promptly report delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Support efficient and cost-effective transportation operations.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or distribution.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence.
- Must be an experienced driver, capable of driving buses and medium-range heavy-duty vehicles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ibadan.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, agricultural, manufacturing, or distribution sector.
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Experience with delivery tracking and transport coordination
