About the Role

• We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator/Social Media Manager to join our team and take ownership of our social media presence.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media, storytelling, and digital marketing, with the ability to create engaging content that increases brand visibility, audience engagement, and ultimately supports business growth.
• Experience or strong interest in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging content for the company's social media platforms.
• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Create short-form videos, reels, property videos, graphics, captions, and other digital content.
• Cover property inspections, site visits, company events, and other activities for social media content.
• Write engaging captions and develop creative concepts that align with the company's brand.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content.
• Track social media performance and provide regular reports and insights.
• Work closely with the Media, Sales, and Management teams to develop content that supportmarketing and business objectives.
• Ensure all content is professional, accurate, and consistent with the company's brand identity.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and content formats.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proven ability to create engaging social media content.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.
• Good video shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
• Creative, proactive, organised, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industry is an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For:

• We are looking for someone who doesn't just post content, but understands how content can be used to build a brand, attract an audience, generate leads, and support sales.
• The ideal candidate should be creative, resourceful, and comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera when required.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
