Job Summary
- We are seeking an organised and experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of real estate, finance, and operations.
- The successful candidate will oversee property projects, manage budgets, coordinate contractors and teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing real estate or property development projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, cash flow planning, and financial reporting
- Ability to coordinate daily operations, contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Good understanding of procurement, project planning, and risk management
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
- Accountable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
