Product Designer (UI/UX)

Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead the visual and user experience design of our application.
- The role will involve designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences, as well as supporting other graphic design needs as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the user interface and overall visual experience of the application.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems and visual standards.
- Conduct user-centred design research where necessary.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create graphics and other visual assets required for the product.
- Support additional graphic design requirements as they arise.
- Review and improve existing designs based on user feedback and product requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and digital product design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and design systems.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong visual, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
