Chief Matron
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated Chief Matron to direct, organize, and manage the entire nursing unit while setting and maintaining high standards of clinical care within the hospital or healthcare facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive clinical nursing standards, infection prevention, and patient safety protocols.
- Manage nursing rosters, staffing allocation, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure seamless coordination between nursing staff and clinical management.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) licenses with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- B.Sc. in Nursing Science (BNSC); a Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of active clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory capacity (e.g., Assistant Director of Nursing or Senior Matron).
Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 / Month
