Job Summary
- A Content Creator and Social Media Specialist plans, produces, and manages multi-format digital content to build brand awareness, grow communities, and drive engagement across online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production: Shoot and edit short-form videos (IG, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc), design graphics, and write compelling copy.
- Channel Management: Oversee daily publishing across active networks like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Community Engagement: Reply to comments, monitor direct messages, and moderate conversations to build brand loyalty.
- Trend & Data Monitoring: Track analytics metrics (reach, engagement, saves) and apply insights to optimize future posts.
- Calendar Planning: Maintain a consistent content schedule aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns
Required Skills & Tools
- Editing Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of mobile or desktop tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
- Copywriting: Ability to write catchy hooks, clear calls to action, and on-brand captions.
- Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of changing algorithms and best practices for major social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
- Required Experience: Job experience in restaurants, bars, and lounges.
Job Requirements
- Featuredjob listingsBachelor’s Degree / HND / ND in journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Experience uploading content to various content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Wix, XSitePro, etc.
