Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our real estate firm.
The ideal candidate must be polite, confident, visually presentable, and possess strong communication and basic graphic design skills.
This role combines front desk administration, client interaction, and creative support within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to clients professionally (physical and virtual) Handle front desk operations and general administrative duties.
Manage calls, messages, appointments, and inquiries courteously Support basic graphic design tasks (flyers, simple designs, social media materials).
Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk environment Assist with office documentation and records Represent the company with excellent etiquette and executive presence.
Requirements
Female candidate Well-groomed, presentable, and confident. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Polite, courteous, and customer-focused 1 – 2 years of experience in the real estate industry (Required).
1 – 2 years of experience in a similar front desk or administrative role( Required).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Strong administrative and organizational skills. Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and work independently.
