Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily tour and travel operations.
• Coordinate bookings, itineraries, transportation, accommodation and tour logistics.
• Supervise operations staff and service providers.
• Ensure smooth delivery of travel and tour packages.
• Handle operational challenges and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor service quality, costs and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in travel/tourism operations.
• Strong organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of travel operations and customer service.

Salary

N300,000 per month.
