Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our factory clinic in Endo, Nasarawa State.
• The successful candidate will provide quality nursing care to employees and support the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to staff with illnesses, injuries, and other health concerns.
• Provide basic and emergency nursing care and first aid.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and general health conditions.
• Assist the Medical Doctor with consultations, examinations, and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Manage basic wound care, dressings, injections, and other routine nursing procedures.
• Respond promptly to workplace accidents and medical emergencies.
• Monitor and maintain medical supplies and equipment.
• Promote good health, hygiene, and safety practices among staff.
• Refer patients to hospitals or specialists when necessary.
• Prepare routine clinic and health reports for management.

Requirements

• RN/RM qualification or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration and practising licence with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant nursing experience; experience in a factory, industrial, or occupational health setting is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Must be willing to work in Endo, Nasarawa State.
