Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service in line with company policies and health regulations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
Prepare and present operational reports to management.
Develop and implement policies that improve productivity and staff engagement.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP standards, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
Work with management to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant POS systems.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of HACCP standards and implementation.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly (Based on experience).
