Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Operations Officer to monitor and coordinate vehicle movements, driver activities, and fleet operations.
- The ideal candidate should have strong numerical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle movements and locations using GPS tracking systems.
- Track drivers’ activities, routes, and trip schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports.
- Identify route deviations, delays, or unauthorized vehicle use.
- Liaise with drivers, management, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company vehicle and safety policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
