Head of Operations
Location: Aboru, Iyana Ipaja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Mon – Sat | 8am – 6pm
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FMCG distribution operations across warehouse & logistics.
- Lead and coordinate department heads to ensure target achievement.
- Monitor stock movement and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Degree
- Proven experience in a senior FMCG or distribution management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of logistics and inventory systems.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Salary
N400,000 monthly.
