Job Summary

• The Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for employees, management, clients, and company materials as assigned.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent knowledge of road safety regulations, vehicle maintenance, and responsible driving practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, management, clients, and authorized personnel to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers and materials.
• Conduct daily checks of the assigned vehicle and report faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Plan routes effectively and use navigation tools where necessary.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure company documents, packages, and materials are delivered safely and promptly.
• Report accidents, traffic incidents, vehicle damage, or other issues immediately.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure the vehicle is serviced as scheduled.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when transporting staff, management, or company information.
• Perform other driving and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and major routes.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
• Must be responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.
• Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations.
