Construction Manager - EPCIC
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- To direct all construction, fabrication, and installation operations, ensuring the safe, cost-effective, and timely execution of complex site deliverables.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop execution plans and manage multidisciplinary activities (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, E&I).
- Govern contractor, subcontractor, and site-team performance, ensuring absolute adherence to engineering designs.
- Enforce uncompromising HSE compliance, Permit-to-Work systems, and Quality Assurance on all sites.
Performance Expectations:
- Zero-incident safety record, strict schedule adherence, and minimal rework. (COREN / PMP / NEBOSH highly desirable)
Salary
N20,000,000 annually.
