Senior Manager, Operations – EPCIC

Job Purpose
- To provide overarching strategic and operational leadership, holding full accountability for project execution, resource allocation, and operational P&L.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee total project execution from mobilization through pre-commissioning, start-up, and client handover.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and heavy equipment while driving continuous operational improvement.
- Manage complex operational risks and establish impenetrable relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Performance Expectations:Delivery of EPCIA projects within budget/schedule, optimized resource utilization, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Salary
N20,000,000 annually
